face-lift or creating innovative designs for discriminating clients, over 25 years of design experience give us a

site visits to make sure that each house is constructed to exacting standards.

Wasatch Custom Design also offers stock home plans. These are plans that have been previously  designed and are updated and
maintained to meet current code and regulations. We have a wide variety of plans and our friendly staff can help you select
a plan that meets or exceeds your specifications. As an additional service we make minor modifications to existing plans
that will make the plans perfect for your new home.
